Google カレンダー連携の使い方

1. 連携する

1. mtgslot に ログイン します。
2. 左のメニューの「Google カレンダー連携」を開きます。
3. 「Google カレンダーを連携する」を押し、Google の画面でアカウントを選んで、求められた項目を許可します。
4. mtgslot に戻ったら、「カレンダーの設定」で「空き時間を見るカレンダー（2つまで）」と「予定を登録するカレンダー」を選んで保存します。

2. mtgslot が Google に求める許可と、その使い道

• カレンダーの一覧を見る: 「どのカレンダーを使うか」を選ぶ画面に、カレンダーの名前を並べるために使います。
• 予定の有無（空き時間情報）を見る: あなたが選んだカレンダーの「埋まっている時間帯」を読み、予約ページに空いている時間だけを出すために使います。予定の件名・参加者・内容は受け取りません。
• 予定を作る・変える・消す: 予約が入った時に、あなたが選んだカレンダーに予定を作り（Google Meet を選んだ時は会議URLも付けます）、一緒に出る担当者に招待を送ります（お客様には、会議URLの入った案内を mtgslot からメールでお送りします）。キャンセル・日程変更の時は、mtgslot が作った予定を消して作り直します。
• メールアドレスと名前: どの Google アカウントと連携しているかを画面に出すために使います。

mtgslot が作っていない予定を読んだり、変えたり、消したりすることはありません。

3. 連携を外す

• mtgslot から: 「Google カレンダー連携」の「連携アカウント」で、外したいアカウントの右のごみ箱のボタンを押します。Google 側の許可を取り消し、mtgslot に保存してある認証情報を消します。
• Google から: Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」 で mtgslot を選び、接続を削除します。

外すと、あなたが参加する予約ページは、もう一度連携するまで受付停止になります（空き時間が分からないまま予約を受けないためです）。既にカレンダーに入っている予定は残ります。

mtgslot is a scheduling service for businesses, operated by Hashtag Inc. (Japan). A host connects their Google Calendar so that the public booking page only offers times when the host is free, and so that confirmed bookings are written to the host's calendar.

How Google user data is used

• calendar.calendarlist.readonly — lists the names of the user's calendars so the user can choose which calendars to check for availability and which calendar bookings are written to.
• calendar.freebusy — reads only the busy time ranges of the calendars the user selected, to hide unavailable times on the booking page. Event titles, attendees and descriptions are not received.
• calendar.events — creates an event (optionally with a Google Meet link) on the calendar the user selected when a guest books, invites the co-hosts (the guest receives the confirmation and meeting link by email from mtgslot), and deletes or recreates that event when the booking is cancelled or rescheduled. mtgslot only modifies events that it created.
• openid, email, profile — shows which Google account is connected.

Disconnecting

Users can disconnect at any time from "Google カレンダー連携" (Google Calendar) in mtgslot, which revokes the grant at Google and deletes the stored tokens, or from their Google Account under third-party connections. See the privacy policy for details.
